Private and Group classes

The individualized guidance given in Private or Group Training is the quickest route to your fitness goals. Your trainer will develop a tailored workout program that takes into consideration your personal fitness goals, needs, and abilities.

Reformer Classes 

A wide variety of exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.

Mat Pilates 

Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. The mat Pilates series of exercise is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support.
